Higher Ground has two beautiful treatment rooms above the cafe, ‘Reishi’ & ‘Chaga’. Each room exudes tranquillity, with soft, elegant lighting that cast a warm glow all around. The vaulted ceilings and exposed beams provide a sense of space and timelessness.

Chaga, the larger room, offers the opportunity for group sessions - ceremonies, workshops and intimate yoga. Both rooms are designed to cater to different preferences, yet each embodies a commitment to promoting well-being and relaxation.
